ASSISTANT MANAGER Introducing Matt, our imaginative and passionate assistant manager, who brings a touch of magic to the pub. When he’s not out exploring with his faithful companion, Milo, you’ll find Matt behind the bar, conjuring up captivating cocktails and experimenting with flavors that ignite the senses. With an unwavering love for mixology, he continuously develops exhilarating concoctions that leave a lasting impression.
